How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by region: Africa (7–14 business days), Arab region (3–7 business days), European Union & US (7–14 business days), and worldwide (10–20 business days). All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 130 countries across Africa, the Arab region, Europe, the United States, and beyond.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at the email below if you need to make changes.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout depending on your region.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your card details.
